For new umpires or umpires with only a couple of years, this is very important to attend to learn the process and differences from regular season. We often use 3 or 4 umpire groups and this changes the rotations and coverage at the bases. You need to know and understand how to cover the bases and what to watch for that is different than the regular season.
For more experienced umpires, this is also important as the rotations and mechanics can be different from other rule sets. Also, the rotations are something we often do during the season so it is important to review and understand the rotations as a group.
The clinics will be held at the Roadrunner Board Room.
Thank you everyone and I look forward to working with you.
