Del Norte HS Softball Camp

Del Norte softball will be holding a clinic on july 9th and 10th.  The Camp will be led by Del Norte head Softball Coach, Anthony Apodaca, and the 2010-2011 Varsity Softball Team.  Fundamentals in hitting, base running, fielding, pitching, and catching will be covered over the two days.

Guest speakers will include two Del Norte graduates currently playing College level softball;  one from UNM and the other from Luna.

UNM Softball Summer Camps

Head Coach Erica Beach would like to announce the 2011 Summer Camp schedule at the University of New Mexico.  Several camps will be offered suitable for all ages and skill levels.  Areas of offense, defense, hitting and other skills will be covered during the sessions.  All camps will be run by the UNM coaching staff which includes head Coach Erica Beach and assistant coaches Christi Musser and Lyndsey Angus.  Several members of the current team will also be serving as instructors.   You may register online at www.newmexicosoftballcamps.com .

UNM Baseball and Softball Summer Camps

UNM will be hosting their annual summer softball camps for all ages. The camp is an all-skills camp which will take place May 17th, 18th, and 19th. This is a day-camp opportunity for athletes of all skill levels ranging in age from 8-18. The all-skills camp will run from 5 PM-8 PM each day, and will allow the campers to receive solid skills instruction, as well as an opportunity for them to interact with and get to know current UNM softball athletes.

UNM will be hosting their annual summer baseball camps for all ages. There will be half day, full day, team, and even an elite prospects camp. The camps are in mid June and July. Please see the attached flyer for further information.

Crystl Bustos Softball Camp

 Three time Olympian Crystl Bustos and her Team USA, four time Olympian, team mate, Laura Berg will be coming to Albuquerque.  These ladies are going to put on a Coaches Clinic and Player Clinic for our softball program.

We are trying to incorporate this clinic into the fall training of our softball players and coaches.  Help me get the word out and make this camp a successful outing so that these awesome players will come back in the future for continued training of our program.
