December President’s Meeting

The December District 5 Little League President’s meeting will be held December 14th at 6:00 PM at Roadrunner Little League.

Committees, please be prepared to present on the topics you were assigned; Coaching Clinic with UNM, new Softball Leagues, and the 50-70 Program.

January President’s Meeting and Training Sessions

Presidents,

The next meeting is Tuesday Jan 12, 6pm at the Roadrunner Little League Board room.  This meeting will be  followed by the Player Agent mini class.  The President’s meeting will be extremely abbreviated w/ handouts distributed, and it will be immediately followed by the Player Agent class.    

We also ask that all of your Board members attend  this meeting to participate in our annual training sessions.  These have been very helpful in the past, especially to new Board members.

Please have your player agents and other Board members there no later than 6:10pm.

• Thunderbird Little League will be presenting on concession policies and operations
•  Roadrunner Little League will present on umpire recruitment, training, and retention
• Altamont Little League will present what they do for tournament teams.   (All-Stars)

October President’s Meeting

The October President’s meeting will be held on October 6th at 6:00 PM at the Roadrunner Little League board Room.  

There will also be a meeting for District 5 Staff immediately preceding the President’s meeting. This meeting will start at 5:00 PM

June District President’s Meeting

The June District 5 President’s Meeting will be held at the Roadrunner Little League Board room at 6:00 PM on June 10th.

April District 5 President’s Meeting

The April District 5 President’s meeting will be held Tuesday, April 7th at 6:00 PM at the Roadrunner Little League Board Room.

District 5 Inter-League Meeting

The District 5 inter-league meeting will be Wednesday, March 18, 2009, at Manzano Mesa Community Center at 7:00 p.m.  Schedules will be handed out at that time.  All affected managers and coaches should attend.  As soon as your league has drafted your teams please call or email Chris Hughes with your team names, manager’s names, phone numbers, and email address.  When you have this information please include which teams want to participate in the pre-season jamboree.
