The League Administration Seminar is an excellent place to begin.
Whether you have a new Board of Directors or an experienced one, this clinic will teach you the “in and out’s” of running an efficient Little League program. This seminar is geared for everyone on the league board no matter what position you hold.
We will go through “A Year in the Life of Hometown Little League”, a main essential of running a successful program. Player Agents can learn or get more information on running a draft.
Come and get the rule changes first hand and make sure you and your board understand them so that your league can run smoothly. Talk to other leagues; compare how other leagues do their fundraising. You will receive a copy of the Operating Manual, A Year in the Life of Hometown Little League and some other publications. Lunch will also be provided on Saturday.
