UNM Spring Training Camps

The purpose of the Lobo Spring Camps is to
provide instruction for youth players from ages 6 – 18. The camp will be geared to expose them to the fundamentals & techniques of hitting, pitching, catching and infield play and enhance their skills as they get ready for their spring season. The entire camp will be ran and instructed by the UNM Coaching Staff. -
UNM Softball Camp

The University of New Mexico softball staff will be hosting an assortment of clinics this coming January. All sessions will take place on Saturday, January 14th and Sunday, January 15th . Topics to be covered include 2 pitching sessions, hitting, infield and outfield defensive skills, and slapping. Participants can sign up by session. All participants will work closely with the New Mexico coaching staff. Head Coach Erica Beach will lead both pitching sessions and heading the offensive portion of the clinic will be assistant coaches Lyndsey Angus and Christi Musser. Coach Angus will also head up the infield portion of the defensive clinic while Coach Musser will work with all outfielders as well as slappers. Current UNM softball players will assist with all sessions. Please see attached flyer for session times and cost. All clinics are available for 11 years and up. -
UNM Winter Baseball Camps
Posted on December 4th, 2011 No commentsThe University of New Mexico will be holding their Fall/ Winter camps soon. The camps will include all phases of the game of baseball. Campers will work on their defensive skills on Lobo Field and on their offensive skills in the Ambrose Alday Batting Complex. Campers will be put into groups based on age and ability.

Del Norte Baseball Camp
Posted on July 27th, 2011 No commentsCoach White from Del Norte High School will be holding a baseball camp on August 13th. Tentative times are from 8-3 PM. Cost is $25. Coach White will also be having a coaching clinic. Details and registration information are in the flyer below.

NM District 5 Fall Ball
Posted on June 29th, 2011 No commentsWe have decided to hold registration 1 additional weekend. You can either register at Zia Little League or at Mile High Little League on Saturday July 23rd. Mile High will be at the MHLL fields (Juan Tabo and Lomas) from 9 -11 AM and Zia will be at the Zia fields (Elizabeth Ave. just East of Costco) from 10-12 PMMile High will be hosting a Fall Ball program in 2011. The program is a great opportunity for your child to continue to sharpen his or her baseball/softball skills in less competitive environment than the regular season and sometimes, to play baseball/softball at the next higher level of play before the regular season.
