New Mexico District 5 Little League

We are now into tournament season and with that comes a variety of meetings.  These have been reviewed at the District 5 presidents’ meeting — for more information, please contact your league president.

 June 24 - Umpire clinic - 9:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. Manzano Mesa Multigenerational Center (Elizabeth and Southern–by Zia Little league).  Lunch provided at Zia with field instruction from 12:00 - 2:00 p.m.  Clinic conducted by Kraig Max, Chief Umpire for the District.  If you have umpires who want to call games during District or State, please make sure they attend.

June 24 - Managers’ meeting  12:00 (Softball) and 1:00 (Baseball). Manzano Mesa Multigenerational Center (Elizabeth and Southern).  Brackets will be handed out at the meeting. A representative from each tournament team MUST attend.

Tournament affidavits will be approved by appointment.  These meetings will be at Mile High Little League (Juan Tabo and Lomas).  Appointment times are as follows:

 June 27 - 6:00 p.m. - Lobo Little League

               7:00 p.m. - Thunderbird Little League

June 28 - 6:00 p.m. - Zia Little League

              7:00 p.m. - Atrisco Little League

June 29 - 6:00 p.m. - East Mountain Little League

              7:00 p.m. - Mile High Little League

 

Everyone needs to make sure they have their affidavits properly prepared and organized for presentation.  Let’s make this go as quickly and as smoothly as possible.
