The New Mexico District 5 Little League Staff
Camilla Serrano
is the District Administrator for the District. She has served in this capacity since 1995. Prior to assuming the DA role, she was President of Mile High Little League. Since serving as DA, she served two terms of the Little League Baseball International Advisory Committee as a representative for the West Region and then the Southwest Region. At the 2007 International Congress she was awarded the Southwest Division Little League Distinguished Service Award.
Chris Hughes
is the Assistant District Administrator. Chris has been a member of the District Staff since 2003 and was also previously on the Mile High Little League Board. She can assist in day-to-day activities, but is primarily responsible for interleague issues.
Ty Kattenhorn
is the Assistant District Administrator.
Donna Buffet
is the Assistant District Administrator. Donna has spent many years in the Little League program and she is currently the Safety Officer for Altamont Little League. This is Donna’s second year on the District 5 Staff. She was previously the District Safety Officer.
Bill Hendrick
is the Chief Baseball Umpire. Bill has held this position since 2006. In addition to receiving training from the Umpire Clinic at the Southwest Region Center, he has previously been selected for higher level tournaments, including Jr. Baseball and Big League Baseball Regional Tournaments.
JR Perea
is the Chief Softball umpire. JR has received Little League Umpire Training from the Umpire School in Williamsport, PA and the Southwest Regional School in Waco, TX. He has umpired Little League Softball Regional and World Series Tournaments. He has also attended the ASA National Softball Umpire School and is currently an official for the NMOA. He brings over 25 years of experience to District 5. This is JR’s first year on the District 5 Staff.
Jennifer Burns
is the Challenger Director. Jennifer joined the District Staff in 2004. She lives within the boundaries of East Mountain Little League but participated at Mile High because of that league’s involvement with the program (East Mountain did not have a stand alone Challenger Program.). The 2004-2005 Challenger program was very successful with large membership increases. She was rewarded for her hard work by receiving the Challenger of the Year Award at the 2005 Little League Baseball World Series.
Sasha Allison
is the District Secretary. Sasha has also spent many years in the Little League program and she has previously served on the Road Runner Little League Board. This is her second year on the District 5 Staff.
Anthony Fasulo
is the District Information Officer. Anthony has previosuly served on the Mile High Little League Board as League Secretary and as Vice-President. He is also their current Treasurer. This is his second year on the District 5 Staff.
Isaac Padilla
is the District Safety Officer.
